About Christina

I began working with children as soon as I was legally allowed. At 13 I started as a teacher assistant to a daycare called A+ Kidz Care, I worked there for many years as I moved up from an assistant to an actual childcare worker. I helped teach and create lesson plans for the students, as well as making sure all their needs were met like serving lunch and making sure they slept for nap time. During the same time as working in the daycare, I was also a camp counselor where I would watch young girls to ensure their safety and fun at the camp. During my time at camp I learned CPR and first aid treatment. When it was time for me to go to college I joined an organization called Best Buddies where I was matched with adults with special needs and I was able to become their friends and treat them as equals who just had a lot of fun in Lubbock. As of recently I have also been tutoring college students who needs help in many different subjects. I am able to help with many types of services.
