Chris has worked for me one day/week (and assorted evenings, and sometimes over the weekend) since my b/g twins were 4-5 months old (they will be 4 years old in October). As I am a first time mom, Chris has been an incredible help. Her years of experience allow her to answer the most bizarre questions I have about what one of my kids may be doing or going through, and what to expect. Her past experience with multiples, especially, is very helpful for me. She has a very calm manner with my kids, and is very patient with them. As for my kids, they love Miss Chris. They are happy to see her every week, I know she takes good care of them, and I am completely comfortable leaving the house knowing that she is in charge.
