I've lived in Alexandria, VA all of my life. I attended private school from kindergarten to 7th grade & have attended University. I've worked for two church preschools and have been the lead teacher for students 2-5 years old. I have two sons one is a teenager now the other is a toddler. I've worked with many families with kids ranging from newborn to 8 years in the past 9 years and they were all extremely positive experiences. I pride myself on being responsible, fun, and attentive. I love playing tag, basketball, swimming, bowling, riding a bike, rollerskating, and ice skating. I like board games, among checkers, Othello, Scene It. I enjoy family friendly films. A kid at heart, I'm still excited about the little things. I have a healthy imagination.

Christine was fantastic. She was punctual, professional, and personable, and our 2 boys (ages 2 and 5) really liked her. She played with the boys the entire time they were awake and seemed to genuinely enjoy interacting with them. She also had an eye for safety and responded quickly to all text messages while sitting. I felt very comfortable leaving her with the kids and would absolutely ask her to sit again. Highly recommended!

Christine nannied our daughter for several months, and she was amazing.  She did an excellent job caring for and engaging our daughter (who was around 6 months old at the time) with interactive playing, reading, and take her on outdoor walks.  Our daughter enjoyed being with her and I always had peace of mind knowing she was having a good time and was in good hands with Christine.  Christine is very professional and adhered to our wishes in the way we wanted certain things done with regard to our daughter's care.  She is patient and attentive, and she also spent time each day getting our daughter to learn and reach new developmental milestones as recommended for babies.  Based on our experience, we believe Christine would be a great nanny for any family!

Christine is more than just a child care provider, she is family! Our son loved her and if he was old enough to speak he'd say she's one of his best friends. I think she spoke his baby language. We couldn't be more grateful for the time she spent with our son and for the love and care she put into everything she did. 

I hired Christine to watch my 3 year old daughter for about a week.  She was always on time and my daughter enjoyed playing with her.  She has a positive attitude, and awesome energy!  The first morning, my daughter who typically wakes up between 7:30 and 8:30 am, was up at about 5:30 am, and the moment Christine got there, she jumped right in and started playing a matching game with her.  I would definitely recommend and hire her again!


Christine provided backup care for us when our regular babysitter was on vacation. She was great with both our boys (7 and 15) and incredibly reliable. We would highly recommend Christine to anybody and would certainly have her come back!

Christine has been a babysitter for my family for about the past 4 months. Most of her job has been caring for my 2 year old son during the morning when I have to work. However, she has also cared for him and my 5 year old daughter a couple of times. Our family loves Christine! From the first time she watched my kids to today, our kids have loved her. When my kids know that she is coming to watch them they get so excited. My little boy stands at the door and when he sees her coming he starts screaming "It's Ms. Christine!" As a mom I love that Christine is a mom herself. That experience in itself is far more important than some of the certificates I concern myself with. We are honestly sad that we are moving and we found Christine so late in our time here in Alexandria. It will be hard for us to find a sitter like her again!

Christine has cared for my 5 year old for a long time. My daughter loves her. Over the years she has become an awesome family friend to us. Much luck to all of you in your journey!

Christine has worked for me part-time for about 2 months. My son and I adored her. She's reliable, fun, and joy to be around. She was always willing to be around.

Christine worked for our family as a full-time nanny for 2 months this summer.  We have a 3.5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl (who now attend preschool full-time).  Christine was always on time or at least was in contact if she was going to be delayed, which happened only a couple of times during the 2 months she worked for us.  She was willing to come early or stay late as needed, which happened frequently for our family.  Christine did a great job of getting the kids out of the house and taking them on excursions.  Some of the places she took them were the library, park, zoo, museum, movies, lake, play areas, etc.  We will continue to use Christine for weekend and evening care as needed for our two kids.

Christine has been babysitting for my son when I do errands once a week.  They go to the park and walk all over Del Ray together.  He likes her a ton and even "calls" her on my cell phone.  I always have peace of mind when she is watching, playing and reading with him and my son always looks forward to his time with her.  I have referred her to my other mom friends as a sitter as well.  I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.
