About Christy

I found my love for children at a very young age. My mother owned her own daycare for many years when I was a child up into my early teenage years. I found myself always wanting to help take care of the children. I also grew up with an older sister that has physical/mental disabilities. She inspired me to work as a Respite/SCL provider for a time. I enjoyed helping young kids with disabilities become more independent and seeing their growth! I've been a nanny for 10 years. Throughout that time I attended school for Massage Therapy and received my degree in 2020. I currently work with a family I've been with for 9 years part time. I'm looking to fill up some of my extra time with a family in need. I am attentive, patient, dependable. I always strive to provide a safe and loving environment for the children in my care. In my free time I enjoy playing guitar, rollerskating, camping, and spending time with my dog and the people I love!
