Hello, my name is Chrystal. I have been babysitting for over 10 years and nannying for 11 years. I also worked at a daycare for 1 year and taught children tumbling for 5 years. I am certified in CPR and first aid. I have a bachelor's degree in theater. I also have experience working with disabled individuals. I am willing to cook and clean as well if needed. We have known Chrystal for several years and she is wonderful! 

Due to our schedule, we rarely use childcare… but when we have needed care, it’s been her. She has watched our kiddos a couple times and she is just great! 

She is caring, mature, down to earth, responsible, and the kids really enjoy being with her. She is talented in many ways, and these add even more to the fun and education that she provides when she watches them. She is creative, she has musical talent, and she’s even a children’s book author. She’s also really fantastic with dogs! 

She is very understanding of the diverse needs of children and is able to adapt to different personalities, special needs, schedules, etc. She is organized and dependable. 

She is the only person (other than family) who has watched our children, so I think that speaks for itself :-) 

Chrystal was a nanny to our two girls for 3 years, from the time our youngest was a baby. She is fantastic with babies and establishing schedules. As the kids got older, she juggled bouncing the girls from school/activities. She was adaptable to our changing schedule. Chrystal is incredibly reliable- she was always on time and clearly communicated any changes in her availability. We are so glad that we had Chrystal for the time we did!

Chrystal cared for our two-year-old twin boys for one week while our daycare was on its annual break. While either my husband or I worked from home, she kept our boys fully engaged (which is no easy feat!) and effortlessly handled taking them outdoors twice a day. She is communicative, energetic, and reliable.

Chrystal worked for our family from when my daughter was 12 weeks to 1+ years. They share a special bond and my daughter was always so excited to see her. Chrystal takes the time to create learning opportunities through art, music, and storytelling. She has also helped us with watching our dog while we were out of time. Chrystal is very dependable and willing to work with your schedule.

Chrystal worked for us for 3+ years and helped us raise all three of our kiddos from newborn through preschool. She has a terrific way with children, is a joy to have around the house, and is absolutely WONDERFUL in every other way. She's extremely dependable and was always willing to work with whatever developmental plans we had established for our children (sleeping, eating, etc). I really can't say enough about what a high caliber caregiver and person that she is. Any family would be lucky to have her!

My husband and I would highly recommend Chrystal. She has been the nanny to our two daughters (ages 22 months and 9 months) since December 2016 for our oldest and August 2017 for our youngest. She has done an excellent job watching both girls. She is on time and willing to work extra when we need her. She is able to get the girls down for naps on a schedule every day, makes sure they eat healthy meals and snacks, very thoughtful and creative (makes cards and drawings), and most importantly always listens and respects any asks that we may have. She keeps a daily log of the girls food intake (as my one daughter has had some stomach/digestive issues) and is always organized and thorough with the log. If there is any time she needs off she always asks well in advance to make sure it works with our schedule. Chrystal was my son's full time nanny for two years. She watched him since he was 3 months old. She is amazing with children and I would strongly recommend her to anyone in a second! Chrystal worked with my son through all his developmental milestones. From physically helping him with tummy time and learning to crawl/walk, to educationally helping him learn to say his first words, build a vocabulary, learn shapes/colors/animals/etc. She was crucial to my son's early development and progress. 

Chrystal also helped us during our sleep training period. We told her the method we were following at night and asked her to continue during the day. Any instructions you have she is willing to follow and accommodate. This also applies to preparing food and cleanliness. 

She kept him on a healthy sleep and feeding schedule during the day. Whenever we wanted to transition from three, to two, to one nap during the day she would work with our son and best help him and his needs. During our time together she would report every day when he ate, slept, and the activities they did throughout the day. Activities would include reading books, arts and crafts, working on learning shapes/colors/animals/counting/ABC's, music time, going to the park, play dates, stroller walks, playing with chalk/bubbles outside, and of course overall playtime.

She is also familiar with driving in the city. Chrystal would drive my son to classes a few days a week, drive to the zoo, or The Children's Museum. Moreover she was always willing to make a trip to the grocery store if we asked her to pick up anything.

Chrystal has cared for our 2 year old on a number of occasions in the evening. She is easy to contact, punctual, good at her job and genuinely really nice person to have in your home.

We interviewed Chrystal during our nanny search. She was always on time, extremely organized, and most importantly very comfortable with our son. Our son has special needs and Chrystal was not intimidated by this and very confident she could handle his extra care. She was great in doing his various therapy exercises and she put him down for a nap like a natural. While we were lucky to come across 2 very good final candidates. I would recommend her 100%!

Chrystal is dependable and trustworthy. She interacts great with children and can multi-task. She is compassionate and knowledgeable with children of all ages.
