About Ciara

Hi, I'm Ciara. I've worked professionally with kids for four years now at NIA community services as a social emotional learning instructor. That includes tutoring for homework time. I've worked with both elementary and middle schoolers. I also come from a big family and was often the designated babysitter for my younger cousins. I can cook and clean, and I care about the safety and well being of your children. I'd describe my personality as energetic, respectful, caring I like working with kids because they're naturally funny, and I always want to be a good role model for them because not everyone has one. I started working with kids professionally when I was 17. But more so around the age 12 I was babysitting friends and family. I am CPR/AED certified, and I am also a certified nutrition coach. Most of my time is spent studying and active learning. I would like to have more experience teaching children about nutrition so I can really make an impact on our future.
