About Cierra

We love Cierra! She cared for our youngest from 7 to 26 months old and occasionally had our now almost 4 year old as well. She is experienced, professional, reliable, and incredibly perceptive and intuitive — truly a gem. Cierra is fun, nurturing, and deeply invested in our children’s well-being and development. She cheered them on through milestones just as enthusiastically as we did and always seemed to know exactly what they needed — whether encouragement, redirection, or a calm, comforting presence. Her relaxed, steady energy puts both kids (and parents!) completely at ease, and we’ve developed a wonderful rapport with her. Her regular gig with us was once or twice a week for half days, and she was flexible when we needed to schedule her for longer stretches and to watch both kids. She always gave her full attention, engaged them in meaningful and educational play, took them outside, and kept routines on track. During downtime she was open to helping with light household tasks like folding their laundry and wiping down counters. We were nervous at first about finding a regular babysitter we could trust, but Cierra quickly made us feel completely confident leaving our children in her care. She doesn’t just make your day easier — she enriches it by bringing warmth, humor, and joy to brighten your day. We highly recommend her!
