About Cierra

Hi! I'm Cierra, a proud alumna of Texas Woman's University with a Master's in Business and Healthcare Administration. I currently work in nonprofit healthcare and have experience in a daycare, nanny agency, and elementary school setting. I was an Assistant Teacher for a potty-training 2-year-old classroom (11:1 ratio) and also supported students on an elementary Interventions Team. Caring for children has always been a part of my life, from growing up around my mom's in-home daycare to being the oldest of three. I'm certified in First Aid, BLS, and AED, and CAPPA-certified as a Labor & Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Lactation Educator, and Infant & Family Educator, allowing me to support both children and families more holistically. I'm typically available M-F during business hours. I do work from home, so I may have my laptop with me at times, but your child's care, safety, and engagement will always be my top priority.
