About Claire

I am interested in reading, art, learning French, traveling, and playing the guitar. I spent many years helping to raise my cousins from their birth, until they were about 6 years old. I babysat three boys ages 4, 10, and 12, for two years. I also have further babysitting experience with two preschool aged children, met through the preschool that my mom worked at. I participated in service hours for my Child Development and Early Elementary Education classes taken at Humboldt State University. I worked in a second grade classroom for four hours every week, and spend six hours a week mentoring an eighth grader one on one. I also nannied two children, aged 6 and 9, full time for four months. I have my own transportation. Further, I have worked in housekeeping for 5 years, so would be more than happy to help with that as needed. I am available full time!
