With seven years of experience, I'm a Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with understanding. I communicate with families using their preferred method, ensuring they're always informed. I provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I also have CPR and First Aid Training. Knowing I can bring peace of mind to a family while enriching someone's life is why I love what I do.
