I am a Math student at UAB, though I started tutoring while I was still at Birmingham Southern College. I love children, and I wish to have the opportunity of sharing my knowledge and help to build strong understandings to make it easier to advance in their academic careers. I like tutoring because I have always wanted to teach, and being able to connect with young scholars in a one-on-one, or small groups allow for more direct interaction. In a job, I find it most beneficial for the student to want to do better. With a positive approach, and a willingness to fail and not give up, nothing can be impossible.
