Hi families! As the oldest of five, childcare has been an integral part of my life from a young age. Leading and caring for my siblings has helped me grow and mature in ways I'm incredibly thankful for. Over the years, I've had the privilege of gaining experience in various child-focused roles. I volunteered at Texas Children's Hospital in Houston, TX where I was honored to receive a scholarship for my contributions. I've also had the joy of being a three-time Camp Counselor, working in an after-school care program, and mentoring middle and high school students for an education technology company. Additionally, I was as a soccer coach and referee for i9 Youth Sports here in San Antonio and l've worked remotely at the corporate level for a nationwide family services company that offered childcare as an employee benefit to Fortune 500 companies. Currently, l'm a Behavior Therapist (RBT) for children with autism, as well as a Nanny for a child with autism and an intellectual disability!

We’ve been working with Clara since April, and she has truly been a blessing to our family. She watches our kids twice a month, and every time she comes, our kids light up and can’t wait to see her again. She is patient, kind, and incredibly attentive. She helps our kids use their words when they’re frustrated and has even guided us as parents through some of the toddler and pre-K challenges. She often brings fun activities for the kids, which keeps them engaged and excited. Because of her, we’ve been able to take time for ourselves whether it’s tackling household chores or enjoying a much-needed date knowing our kids are in the best hands. She is by far the best babysitter we’ve ever had, and we’re so grateful for the care, love, and support she provides our family.
