About Cole

I have been working as a Health Aide for the past three years, providing support to students with special needs. My experience includes hands-on personal care, such as assisting with feeding, restroom needs, and physical therapy routines. I am skilled at supporting students who have behavior plans, often utilizing de-escalation techniques. Having worked in both 1:1 and group environments, I've developed the patience and adaptability required to meet each person where they are, regardless of their differences. I am CPR and First Aid certified and very comfortable using speech devices and taking behavioral data. I am open to receiving any necessary training to best assist and support those in my care.
