For the past four years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors while helping them maintain their independence. I adapt to changing routines and handle challenging situations with patience, including managing confusion or agitation. I keep families informed using their preferred communication methods, supplemented by daily written notes. As a college graduate and former physical therapist assistant, I offer quality care with services such as mobility assistance, personal care, medication management, transportation to doctor's appts with precise documentation, light housekeeping and meal preparation.
