Bringing a calm and supportive presence is what I strive for as a caregiver. My background as a retired mental health therapist, yoga instructor, hospice volunteer and end of life doula fuels my passion for supporting adults in their aging journey to maximize their quality of life. With a graduate degree and two years of experience, I offer compassionate care, adapting to changing routines and handling challenging situations with patience. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning their preferences and personal history. I provide transportation, run errands, prepare meals, and do light housekeeping. I am certified in First Aid Training. I keep families informed with verbal updates or through their preferred method of communication. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
