About Colleen

Hi! I am a part-time Social Work graduate student with two years of experience in elementary school-based social-emotional learning development. I am passionate about supporting children's growth in safe environments and am dedicated to providing attentive, fun, and engaging care. I am CPR trained, comfortable enforcing household rules, and effective at modeling healthy boundaries, social skills, and emotional regulation. I enjoy practicing yoga, doing arts and crafts, playing outdoor games, and engaging children in what interests them to foster their sense of self. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and am happy to follow your preferred communication methods. I am also able to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. Ultimately, I want to support your family and make a positive impact on your child's life through safe, responsible, and fun-filled care.
