About Connstance

I began caring for seniors at 15 while supporting my grandmother, who had multiple health conditions, and discovered caregiving as a meaningful vocation. In 2019, I started working with adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities through an agency, gaining experience with a wide range of client needs, including live-in care. I would describe myself as compassionate, generous, and responsible. I focus on meeting clients' basic needs while fostering dignity and independence. My skills include housekeeping, meal prep/planning, and medication administration. I am seeking a full-time position in the Hillsboro area and possible live-in opportunities. While I do not own a vehicle, I accompany clients on public transportation/rideshares to appointments and activities. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crafting, and swim aerobics.
