My job description was to bathing transferring and ( Hoyer lift ) housekeeping, cooking, pain management medication, speech physical therapy occupational therapy wound care Tracheotomy suction and cleaning ( trained at Kinder hospital) diabetes pump tube feeding and hand feeding. I have Experience with Alzheimer's, dementia, Friedreich Ataxia. Parkinson. I am very caring and loving person I treat love ones as if they were my family, I go above and beyond my duties. Cookie was the main caretaker for my Dad from December, 2018 - May, 2019. She is a dedicated, hard worker who cares about the people she works for. She arrived for any shift assigned on time. She worked well with the other caretakers and myself to make sure things ran smoothly for my Dad. Some of the things she did for us included: medication management, helping reassure him, cooking meals, and cleaning house. Circumstances with my Dad have changed and we no longer need Cookie's assistance. Cookie was a blessing to our family!
