I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, shopping, and light housekeeping. I am also experienced in meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I have some college education, a car, and am comfortable with pets. I communicate with families using their preferred method and always prioritize creating a comfortable environment for care recipients. CPR and First Aid certifications are current.
