I have extensive hands-on experience in childcare, with a strong focus on leadership, safety, and child development. I served as a Lead Staff Member at Little Acres Daycare, where I am responsible for the daily care, supervision, and developmental support of multiple children across various age groups. I have continued education on childcare and early childhood development, i'd be more than happy to send you my certificates upon request! In this role, I oversee classroom routines, create and implement age-appropriate activities, and ensure a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for all children in my care.
