15 years supporting children, adults and seniors has solidified my passion for their well-being and independence. Previous roles have been incredibly positive experiences, further fueling my desire to make a real difference in people's lives. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I keep families informed with verbal updates, regular texts or calls, and always follow their preferred method of communication. Respecting a care recipient's independence is paramount. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I have a college degree and offer 1-1 , daily visits and hospice care, along with transportation if needed. Knowing I can bring comfort and support to your family is heart warming for me.
