About Courtland

I like working with kids because naturally I am very adapted to children of varied age groups due to being oldest. I love seeing children grow and develop their own personality showcasing indifferent individuality. Children are precious and deserve to be treated as so. I want to be the safe place all children needed like I did. I'm looking for a job that represents true family values of love , care, trust, safety, and respect. I started working with kids when I was 5 years old with my first brother. After him , I was blessed with 4 more siblings all very special to my heart. But the youngest sibling, B was born in a time period of my life at 17 when I felt abandoned by my own mother . He made me feel this drive to achieve everything I can for him. He was my safe place , children are my safe place. In my spare time, I like to build my relationship with myself and god in efforts to grow into the person and woman my children and husband will be proud of . Who I can be proud of.
