I'm a Holistic Family Sleep Coach. I work with families from pregnancy through early childhood, including those with neurodivergent children and diverse needs, using responsive, evidence-based, and relationship-centered sleep support. I have a background as a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula. And have worked in family-centered care for about 15 years. I help parents understand what's normal in sleep development, respond with the confidence they need-and create strategies and routines that support regulation, attachment, and whole-family wellbeing-without non-responsive methods. My approach is shaped by ongoing education in sleep science, neuroscience, developmental psychology, anthropology, and nervous system regulation, and by collaboration with professionals across infant feeding, occupational and physical therapy, mental health, sleep medicine, and pediatric care.

Courtney was a miracle worker. We had struggled to get our girls to sleep through the night. We had a tried several techniques and nothing seemed to worked. Courtney takes a scientific approach backed by sound research, but is also caring, nurturing and really gets to know the children and family. She immediately pinpointed several gaps in our routine that caused the little ones to wake up multiple times per night. She put a customized plan together and literally within 1-2 nights of following the plan, our girls were sleeping through the night with the exception of one feeding. My only regret is not doing this earlier! I give my highest recommendation to Green House Doula!
