About Courtney

Hi! My name is Courtney, and I have four years of experience working with preschoolers and toddlers through my high school preschool program. I am currently working toward my CDA credential and am CPR, First Aid, and Safety certified. I also work with AIM, a company that runs summer camps and after-school programs, where I am a cheer and gymnastics coach for elementary students. Through this role, I help kids build confidence, coordination, and teamwork in a fun and safe environment. I'm patient, responsible, and energetic, and I genuinely love working with children. I focus on creating a safe, positive, and engaging space where kids feel supported and cared for. I'm looking for a job where I can work hands-on with kids in a safe, positive environment. I want to use my experience with young children, keep learning, and be part of a team that really cares about the kids.
