About Courtney

I've been caring for children since I was 12 years old and have never stopped being involved in different children's lives since. Given my fun, childlike personality, I gel really well with kids, and I understand how their minds work. That's why I earned a four-year degree in early childhood development. With my degree, I have an emphasis in newborns, infants and toddlers, and I am truly passionate in learning all I can about their development, even after I've earned my degree; I like to keep up-to-date on the latest research. I have a playful and loving nature but also a firm hand when discipline is needed, which has resulted in children becoming better behaved and less anxious. I believe in fostering a good balance of freedom and boundaries. However, I also follow your lead as the parent.
