Courtney made a good first impression. However, ongoing reliability and communication issues quickly became a challenge. She missed 8 days with short notice, causing us to miss work, and ultimately ended the arrangement via text without discussion. We were disappointed by the lack of follow-through and accountability and wouldn’t recommend her for families needing dependable care.
