I had a brief message exchange with Courtney over a few days to schedule an in-person interview for 3/31. She confirmed 3/31 at 4:30 but I countered and asked if she could meet at 5:30pm (which worked around my school and would give her an opportunity to meet my child and husband) which she agreed. Then she asked me what I was looking for in which I told her about the 2 roles (full-time nanny and a part-time person for one-off nights and weekends). Courtney never showed up on 3/31 nor did she contact me to let me know of any delays or cancellations. I do not recommend her as we all need dependable people that will keep their word.
