Courtney watched our daughter starting when she was 6 weeks old to about 3 months, once a week. She was punctual, reliable, attentive, organized, and attuned to our daughter’s needs. She was supportive of structure, naps/wake windows, and milestones, and found creative ways to engage with our daughter’s needs throughout their time together. She was respectful of our home and helped organize and clean up if she ever had free moments during nap time. We did a reference check and received similarly positive feedback from other parents/kiddos as well.
