Courtney was a wonderful caregiver to our toddler and had a very calming presence. Why the 1 star rating then? Because she decided to SUDDENLY ghost us completely without an explanation or a conversation. Found it highly unprofessional, insensitive and rude ! It was hard to explain to our toddler that she wasn’t coming back.
