Courtney was our nanny for our infant twin boys, when they were about 6 months old until 18 months; 3 days a week for 9 hours a day while I worked full time. Courtney was reliable, trustworthy, and punctual regarding her employment; at the same time she was caring, patient and gentle with our babies. As a new mom of twins, I was very particular with how things were to be done and Courtney followed my guidance and fit in seamlessly. Courtney enforced their established schedule, and helped the boys meet and exceed their developmental milestones through playing, teaching, reading and age appropriate activities. She prepared their bottles and meals, and kept to the sleep training/schedule that we established. Her employment with us ended only because of circumstance - she moved away from our area at the same time my husband was able to stay home with the babies. I would highly recommend her and would hire her again!
