Courtney is working for us now. She is reliable, kind, responsible, dependable.... in a nutshell she is wonderful. She cares for my mom who has dementia. And her patience and kindness is so appreciated. Mom must enjoy her visits because she is accepting of Courtney coming to the house. Courtney also helps with household tasks making her time with mom not only really good for mom, but very helpful to us as well. Courtney works very well with the other care providers and documents her shifts well so that things run well amongst all care providers.
