About Courtney

Caring for others has been at the heart of my life and work for many years. My role has included assisting with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, mobility support, and light housekeeping. Beyond those tasks, I offer companionship, listening, and creating a sense of comfort and dignity for those in my care. I've developed strong communication skills, deep patience, and the ability to adapt to each person's unique rhythms and preferences. I've learned to anticipate needs before they're spoken, to bring calm to stressful situations, and to advocate for those who might not always have a voice.
