Nurturing young minds has always been a passion of mine. My 15 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, have solidified my commitment to fostering their growth and development. I have a graduate degree and formal training in Early Childhood Education (ECE), and I am a certified teacher. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I enjoy engaging children in outdoor sports and physical games. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules and communicate with parents verbally at pickup to discuss their child's day. I'm also happy to help with light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time. I am also fluent in Portuguese. I am a mom to an energetic 6-year-old son who keeps me on my toes! Supporting families and providing reliable care is important to me.
