Absolutely exceptional. She is hands-down the most detail-oriented and thoughtful cleaner I’ve ever had. She doesn’t just tidy — she truly resets your home. She notices and handles the little things most people miss, like organizing kids’ toys where they actually belong, cleaning hidden corners, and moving items (even furniture) to make sure everything is properly done, not just wiped around. As a parent of two, my home is lived in, and she had an amazing way of making it feel fresh, calm, and manageable every single visit. I never had to “pre-clean” before she arrived — she would kindly remind me that was her job. That level of professionalism, care, and pride in her work is incredibly rare. Honestly, the day she came was my favorite day of the week. I cannot recommend her highly enough — she is truly a gem and anyone would be lucky to have her.
