We love Crystal! Best full time nanny ever to our 7 month girl, she has been such a blessing and we're so sad she can't work for us any more. She is an amazing person first and foremost, and has continuously impressed us in every aspect of her job as our nanny and we will be so happy to have her again any time if she wants to come back. Our little girl adores her and she takes such good care of her while my husband and I work all day. She has always been extremely dependable and punctual, more than anyone I know personally and professionally. She also always knows exactly what my Child needs at all times and is super smart with all the developmental stages of babies and toddlers. I highly recommended to anyone debating whether to hire her or not! You'll be so lucky to have her and she's a joy to be around.
