About Crystal

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend our nanny, Crystal, who has been an invaluable part of our family for the past four years. As our family prepares to relocate, it is with both gratitude and genuine sadness that we say goodbye and help her find a new family to support. Crystal began working with us when our daughter was just two years old, and from the very beginning, she demonstrated exceptional care, patience, and dedication. She played a central role in our daughter’s early development, fostering not only a safe and nurturing environment, but also encouraging curiosity, learning, and emotional growth. The bond they share is a testament to the warmth and consistency she brings to her work. More recently, Crystal has been an incredible support through the birth of our son. Her ability to seamlessly transition into caring for a newborn while continuing to meet the needs of our older child speaks volumes about her adaptability, experience, and calm demeanor. During what can often be a challenging and exhausting time for parents, she has been a steady, reliable, and reassuring presence. Beyond her skills with children, Crystal is dependable, responsible, flexible and highly professional. She communicates clearly, respects routines, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our children are happy, engaged, and well cared for. We have always felt complete trust and confidence in her judgment and care. It is not an exaggeration to say that she has become part of our family.
