About Crystal

I have periodically over the last 20+ yrs of my life found immense joy in caring for children of all ages. My positive experiences as a "big sister/little mommy" when I was 12 and my brother was just 6 months old and as a babysitter to other families throughout high school ignited a passion to support families by providing reliable childcare and positively impacting young lives. I am very patient and creative, I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate using their preferred method. I am comfortable caring for up to 2 infants or 3 children in total. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. I have had training over the years in First Aid, CPR, and experience as a Certified Nursing Aide although my certifications in these areas have unfortunately expired due to not working in a field that used them at renewal.
