Cynethia was prompt, calm, and so kind to my 4 year old son. When she walked into the home, the immediately hit it off, and he was comfortable around her. She was very kind and patient with him and engaged him in reading time, toy play, did meal prep, bath and bed routine. I will be definitely booking her again. 10/10 recommend.
