About Cynthia

I am a Certified Nursing Assistant, registered with the Maryland Board of Nursing, and trained in both CPR and First Aid. With eight years of professional caregiving experience, I am skilled at building strong connections with those I assist while carrying out all activities of daily living. I have extensive experience in both memory care and independent living environments. I excel at engaging with my clients and am comfortable caring for those with dementia or other neurodegenerative diseases. I provide transportation, med reminders, incontinence care, run errands, prepare meals, and perform housekeeping. I communicate with families through written daily reports, always following their preferred method. Building trust and maintaining if not improving the quality of life is important to me.
