Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past seven years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, helping them maintain their independence and well-being. My experience includes providing personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, running errands, and managing medications. I am also trained in CPR. I understand the challenges that can arise, particularly when caring for those with dementia. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention when needed. Regular updates via text or phone call are some of the ways I communicate with families about their loved one's well-being. Building a genuine connection by understanding your loved one's preferences and history is very important to me.
