About Dahlia

hi there! My name is Dahlia, I am an engineer & artist as well as an experienced mentor, tutor, and caretaker. I have 10+ years of combined experience with children and students of ALL ages. I have worked as a nanny, puppeteer, art teacher, and STEM professional. I have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas, and professional experience in theater and dance. I am a bilingual Spanish speaker and have worked as a tutor for grades K-12 and college level students. I take a personal approach with all students and their families in order to find the best path to success. I am provide academic support in all areas of study including science, math, english, reading, as well as AP level courses. I am also available for caretaking services, and am currently available to provide part-time assistance for families. I pride myself on my upbeat professionalism and combine that with a fun friendly attitude in order to achieve success for folks of all walks of life.
