I have 4 years of experience due to the rotation I had between my server position and child care at the day care of my country club (royal oaks). Prior to taking care of children as part of my job, I've had siblings that I always looked out for making me comfortable around children. I took an 18 month break from Care. com because I left to Mexico City to serve a religious mission. Although it was not paid and I didn't have days off, I learned to be more of an empath and have genuine care for those around me. I've learned to adapt to others necessities and willing to change and adjust to the child/ family's needs.
