I've been a professional nanny for over 15 years and I'm also a grandmom. I have tons of experience caring for children from infants to teenagers including caring for multiples. 
My duties range from a variety of things including light housekeeping, organization, overseeing contractors, homework assistance, children's laundry and meal preparation.

Damali drove my older kid to activities. She was punctual,  professional, and reliable

Damali (Dee) was helpful to our family. She watched our 2 boys after school. She was always on time, communicated when they got to activities, and was always flexible and willing to help with what we needed. 

Damali is Outstanding.  Damali worked with my two year old son and had a major influence in his recent development.  I could not have picked a better person.  She is assertive, friendly and stresses manners.  Her patience is outstanding.   To put into context, when I pray at night with my son and ask who he's thankful for, he always mentions Dee (Damali).  She is the Best.

Damali is really amazing and she drops my son to various summer camps. Damali is very punctual, kind, and very attentive. My son enjoys going to summer camps with Damali. 

I hired Ms. Damali right before a week long work trip and she exceeded all my expectations. Her primary responsibility was to pick up and drop off my kids from school/daycare to home. She sent regular updates on her ETA to my house, when the children were picked up and dropped off, and any notes from their teachers. She ensured seamless communication with my children's schools and kept me informed on how they settled in once they got home. Her reliability and attention to detail provided me with peace of mind during my trip. I would 100% recommend Damali as a full-time nanny or for back-up care/school pick up. I've already sang her praises to other parents I know!

Damali was great and my son enjoyed his time with her.  My son has an ADHD diagnosis and keeping him on task can be a challenge.  He can also put up a fuss when pulled away from preferred activities.  Damali handled all of this with ease.  She drove him around to his appointments and she prepped meals.  We would definitely welcome her back.

Kind, professional, reliable. Hired Dee to help with morning (breakfast, dropoff) and afternoon (pickup, homework) of teenage son while we were away. She kept him on task and routine.
