I started working with kids when I was 15, as a summer camp counselor. I did that for three years in a row, where I also was introduced to special needs children and had the opportunity to shadow them. When I graduated college I became a Registered Behavior Technician, which is what I currently also do, with three years of practice. I've also had the opportunity to work with adults on the spectrum, which allowed me to have a bigger understanding about ASD. I also have a masters degree on neurodevelopmental disabilities and currently getting my second masters, to become a Behavior Analyst.
