About Daniele

I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a bit about my background. Originally from Rome, I have been living in the U. S. for the past 15 years as a legal resident. My professional journey has been diverse-I started as a journalist and later spent many years working as a Maitre D' in Los Angeles. Alongside this, I also cook privately, bringing my passion for food and hospitality into more intimate settings. Beyond my professional life, I have a deep love for animals (my dog, Scout, is my constant companion) and enjoy being around people. My path has also led me to spend years engaging with transformative spaces like Esalen in Big Sur and Breitenbush in Oregon, experiences that have profoundly shaped my perspective on personal growth, community, and the boundless potential of the human spirit.
