About Danielle

I am a certified middle and high school English teacher with a single-subject credential in English and over 10 years of experience in education and curriculum design. I've had the privilege of teaching in public, private, and charter schools. I'm highly interested in homeschooling because I believe a child's uniqueness and individuality should guide their educational experience. I believe education should be personalized to the student because I value helping each student grow at their own pace in a supportive, creative, and encouraging environment. My goal is to guide students to lead their educational experience by showing them that their ideas, opinions, values, and interests not only matter but add tremendous value to each session we have together. By allowing their interests to shape the direction of our work, students develop a deeper connection between what they learn and their personal lives.
