About Danielle

I am a fun, active, young, professional woman. I am an aspiring graduate student. I enjoy the outdoors, parks, baking, cooking, and believe it or not, I enjoy cleaning! I love working with children because they are always teaching me something new and making me laugh! I started baby sitting when I was 12 years old. I started baby sitting my two cousins, who were 5 and three at the time, both boys. They were both very involved in sports (baseball, basketball, football, and tennis). I learned a lot about sports from these boys! I continued to babysit them until one boy was old enough to babysit the other. Most summers I would babysit full time until I went to college. At the same time I started baby sitting for those boys, I also baby sat for other families. One family had a 4 yr. old girl and an infant son. Another family had three boys (3, 5, 8 yrs. old). I spent a summer working full time for this family. More recently, I worked at an independent living site in Lansing. At this site I worked with three individuals with developmental disabilities (ages 18 to 20). I managed the site for a year until November of this year.
