Five Stars - Exceptional Caregiver I cannot recommend Daniel J. highly enough. He has been caring for my mother for the past two years, and I honestly don't know what we would have done without him. From day one, Daniel treated my mom with such genuine kindness and respect. He never made her feel like a burden, even during her more challenging days. What really sets Daniel apart is how he goes beyond just the basic care tasks. Yes, he's reliable with medications, helps with meals and mobility, and keeps meticulous notes about her condition - but he also remembers that she loves old musicals and will put them on during afternoon rest time. He brings her flowers from his garden sometimes, just because he knows they brighten her day. Daniel is incredibly dependable. In two years, I think he's only had to call out sick maybe twice, and both times he gave us plenty of notice and helped arrange backup coverage. He's always on time, often a few minutes early, and stays late without complaint when needed. During a particularly scary health episode last winter, Daniel stayed with us at the hospital for hours, even though it was technically his day off. What I appreciate most is how Daniel communicates with our family. He sends daily updates about mom's mood, appetite, and any concerns. He's built such a trusting relationship with her that she actually looks forward to his visits, which wasn't the case with previous caregivers.
