Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. With four years of experience providing home health support, I assist with daily living tasks, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm also experienced in providing transportation and encouraging physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. I communicate with families using their preferred method, offering verbal updates during visits. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. My passion for supporting well-being led me to this work, and I approach each day with compassion and a detail-oriented focus. I look forward to bringing my friendly and professional approach to your family. My personal experience includes working for a family with their Mother at the end of her life - due to dementia. And, most recently, Assisting my client with her daily duties, including the gym and other exercises.
