About Darien

For the past six years, I've found immense joy in nurturing and caring for children of all ages, from infants to teenagers. My positive experiences in previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue childcare, allowing me to make a real difference in young lives and support families. I am patient, creative, and friendly, always striving to create a fun and engaging environment. I am comfortable caring for up to four children. I communicate openly with parents, following their preferred method for updates and addressing any concerns. Enforcing household rules is something I take seriously. I enjoy playing outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. I am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am also a paramedic with advanced training for medical needs and first aid/CPR and I have experience with special needs children. I have some college education. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
